Items that have been used, altered, damaged, or show signs of wear (e.g., seasoned cast iron cookware, scratched drinkware) may not be accepted.​
  • Exceptions: Customized products, limited-edition items, or items marked as “final sale” are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless they are defective.​
